ENTATECH UK PRODUCT WARRANTY NOW COVERED BY ZOTAC UK DIRECTLY

ZOTAC UK will now provide RMA Services to you directly and we will honour the standard manufacturer’s product warranty services moving forward for any purchases made through the no longer in administration Entatech. Services beyond the Standard Warranty such as coverage under the extended warranty, will remain the same.

We have a standard procedure for the UK RMA Services (product-warranty-policy).

Please obtain an RMA number from us before sending any ZOTAC product in for RMA Services.

We are working to make the process as simple and painless as possible. To ensure an efficient process, please follow the below steps when ZOTAC UK RMA Services are needed:

1. Your application for ZOTAC UK RMA Services must be made by sending an e-message to our RMA Centre (rma@zotac.com).

 a. For any such application, please provide the following:

   - SKU Code (example: ZT-P10800C-10P or ZBOX-EN1080K-BE...etc)
   - Serial Number of the ZOTAC product that you wish to return (example: N4568332158945 or G15684365480)
   - Reason for the return
   - Purchase Invoice from Entatech must be provided.

(Note: SKU and Serial Number can be found on the sticker on the product itself or on the product packaging)
