My headphone (4-pin) isn't working with the ZBOX Mini PC?

It wasn’t until recently that more users stared using headsets with 3 rings or 4 sections called TRRS headphone jacks. This is due to the greater adoption of smartphones and headsets bundled with them. Newer ZBOX Mini PC models should now be compatible with headphones using a TRRS headphone jack.

If you still need to use the TRRS headsets with older ZBOX Mini PC models that are non-compatible, the solution is to use a TRS (male) to TRRS (female) adapter. This requires a separate purchase of the adapter.
