The Official casters of the ZOTAC CUP MASTERS STARCRAFT® Remastered
Artosis
Dan "Artosis" Stemkoski was a top American Terran player before beginning his casting career by covering mainly non-Korean online tournaments like Ascension. After casting the Razer TSL in 2008, Artosis moved to Korea and did interviews and coverage for IEG, the media giant that sponsored the eSTRO professional gaming team. Artosis joined Tasteless to cast Blizzcon 2008 and 2009, as well as the WCG Grand Final this year. Artosis also hosted many online and offline tournaments and other events during the years, such as Ascension and ESWC Asian Masters in early 2009, with online qualifiers and one foreigner going to Korea for the finals. Artosis is known as "The Wikipedia of StarCraft" for his comprehensive knowledge of the game.
Day9
Sean "Day[9]" Plott is Nick "Tasteless" Plott's younger brother and a high-level American Zerg player, rated A/A+ on ICCUP/PGT throughout multiple seasons and accounts. His main tournament spotlight has been his invitation to represent the United States at the WCG Grand Final three times and winning WCG Pan-American Championship. He currently hosts the program Day9 TV that analyzes recent professional StarCraft matches. Day also casted for Blizzcon 2009, providing refreshing analysis and live commentary of the OSL Finals between Jaedong and YellOw(ArnC). Day is known for his deep strategic analysis.
iNcontrol
Geoff "iNcontroL" Robinson is a professional StarCraft II and former Brood War player from the United States. In addition to being a player, iNcontroL is one of the biggest community figures in the North American StarCraft scene. He was one of the founding players for the professional StarCraft coaching website, Gosu Coaching, with his fellow Evil Geniuses teammates,[2] is one of the regular hosts on State of the Game, and has worked as an occasional caster at various show matches and tournaments. In particular, iNcontroL was a regular caster on North American Star League Season 1, and worked as a caster and host at 2012 DreamHack Open: Stockholm.
Tasteless
Nicholas got involved with e-sport casting during the 2005 WCG USA finals. Here, he was knocked out of the tournament in the first round by his younger brother. Since he was already out of the tournament, he approached the casters of the tournament, Radio ITG and asked if they would be interested in him casting, because he thought the person they had doing it didn't know anything about the game. Radio ITG was very happy with his performance and let him cast the rest of the tournament, including the finals which his brother eventually won. Radio ITG offered him to come with them to cast the global WCG finals in Singapore. After Singapore, Nicholas continued to do casting for various tournaments while he was in college, until in 2009, he was offered a permanent job to live and cast games in Korea for GOM TV. He has been living and working for GOM in Korea since 2009.
The ZOTAC CUP Regional Online Final matches and full ZOTAC CUP MASTERS STARCRAFT® Remastered Tournament will be lived streamed in English on the ZOTAC CUP Twitch channel but also available in other languages.
